The CoInnovate team brings extensive experience in developing leadership training programs for corporations, nonprofits, governmental agencies and academic institutions.
In partnership with the B. Robert Williamson Jr. Foundation, our team developed and co-facilitated a longstanding leadership training program for nonprofits serving children and youth in New York City. We have also created leadership programming for diverse clients including the Center for Care Innovations, Exponent Philanthropy, National Council for Behavioral Health, Pacific Content, and many others.
Marc Manashil and Linda Lausell Bryant teach leadership at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work where they developed graduate and executive level courses in diverse formats. Marc and Linda co-founded NYU’s Adaptive Leadership in Human Services Fellowship Program, which just completed its sixth year and recently expanded to the College of Staten Island. Marc also lectures at the University of California, Davis and in 2019 brought a first-ever adaptive leadership course to East China Normal University in Shanghai.
Sandy Dang teaches public narrative and adaptive leadership to business, nonprofit, and government officials in the United States and in Asia. As a former Presidential Appointee during the Obama administration and as former Executive Director of the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF), she created a leadership training program for scientists, engineers, and public health professionals. She designed and implemented the Public Narrative “train-the-trainer” for The Equity Initiative Fellowship Program.
Jamie Purdon has held top management positions in television, radio and online throughout Canada. He has overseen multi disciplinary teams that created some of the most watched and listened to programs in the country. He has also taught storytelling and public narrative at Canada’s top universities, as well as with government and non-governmental organizations. He co-founded and developed a first-of-its-kind adaptive leadership training program at POV 3rd Street, an organization helping marginalized youth pursue careers in the media industry. He was responsible for creating the curriculum as well as training up and coming leadership educators.
